How does a healthcare worker access help through HWCN?

- The tollfree HWCN Helpline provides free telephone counselling, information, referrals, support and crisis intervention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Calls to the 0800 number are free from any landline or cellphone number.
- 24 hour SMS line (43001) – if someone sends a sms, a counsellor will call them back within 15 mins- 2 hours to provide support and help.
- Healthcare Workers can fill in a brief online request form for therapy/support/help via the HWCN website
