1. Keep strong & healthy

• Stop smoking

• Avoid alcohol


2. Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing.


3. Let in the fresh air! Open windows, doors and even curtains at home and in crowded rooms, and on public transport.


4. Get health care


5. Do the TB Check to see if your risk is high.


6. Visit the clinic if you have been in contact with someone with TB or if you have symptoms of TB.


7. Take all children under 5 to the clinic to get preventative treatment, if they have had contact with a TB patient.
