A few things you can do to help increase your milk supply, such as: 

●          Breastfeeding often and for as long as your baby wants 

●          Pumping after breastfeeding 

●          Eating a healthy, balanced diet 

●          Drinking plenty of fluids 

●          Avoiding pacifiers and bottles 

●          Taking a lactation supplement (this can be prescribed by your clinic

●          Getting plenty of rest 

●          Avoiding stress and anxiety
