If you've ever felt a strange lump or noticed a change in your testicles, don't panic. While it may not be anything serious, it's still important to see your healthcare provider right away. You see, testicular cancer is a very serious condition, but it's also highly treatable if caught early.

Self-exams can be a great way to detect any changes in the testicles. To perform a self-exam, simply roll each testicle between your fingers and look for any lumps or changes in texture. It's recommended that you perform a self-exam once a month, ideally in the shower or bath.
