Here are some suggestions that may help:

 - Try soaking your feet in cool water. This can help reduce the heat and swelling.

 - Apply an ice pack or bag of frozen veggies wrapped in a towel to the bottoms of your feet. Do this for 10-15 minutes at a time.
 - Elevate your feet above your heart when possible, to improve circulation.
 - Wear breathable socks and shoes. Avoid socks or shoes that are too tight.
 - Apply a menthol cream or gel to your feet. The cooling sensation can provide relief.
 - Take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to reduce inflammation causing the heat.
 - At night, stick your feet out from under the covers to let them stay cool.
 - Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

If the heat persists or worsens, you need to see a healthcare provider. Take care!
